Account Coordinator:

iFocus is looking for an Account Coordinator who is interested in joining a growing team of talented and passionate marketing minds. This candidate will support the account teams and internal teams with development of marketing plans, market research of new client opportunities, preparation and analysis of reports, and maintaining status of client deliverables and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submitting project requests to Account Reps
  • Maintain status documents with client deliverables and ongoing projects
  • Work with Account Reps to identify and research opportunities for current and new prospective clients
  • Assist with client meetings and recaps
  • Support the development of digital marketing plans for clients, including competitor location research, demographic research, and keyword research

DESCRIPTION

The SEM/PPC Specialist’s main role is to develop and optimize every aspect of our clients’ PPC campaigns. This includes creating new paid search campaigns, conducting bid management and optimization, developing landing pages and keyword copy in support of advertiser goals, and preparing and presenting reports to both internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will be organized and will take the time to understand what drives a client’s business. The candidate will have prior search engine marketing experience, will be data-driven, and will be familiar with all major search engine platforms. Confidence, accountability, and an action-oriented attitude are musts, as well as a passion for paid search technologies and an excitement about pushing the boundaries of these tools to meet our company’s objectives. At times, the candidate will be required to communicate directly with clients, so a demonstrated ability to communicate eloquently and effectively is essential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, test, and optimize keywords and messaging to maximize reach, awareness, and new customer acquisition
  • Create new paid search campaigns utilizing various internal web-based systems
  • Create and deliver campaign reports
  • Manage bids to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and client goals are being met

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with paid search tools (i.e. AdWords Editor, BingAds Editor, Spyfu, etc.)
  • Experience with bid management tools (i.e. Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other third party analytics and optimization tools
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search

Digital Account Manager:

We are immediately hiring Digital Account Manager to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be working with our wide range of clients to implement, monitor, optimize and report on digital advertising campaigns. This hands-on role will involve many aspects of digital advertising campaigns including researching keywords and audience geographies for advertisers’ web traffic, creation of ad graphics, collaborating with the company’s clients and proactive monitoring and optimization of ongoing campaigns.

The ideal candidate would be a college grad with 2+ years of related experience, has a strong interest in the ad tech ecosystem and can quickly learn and navigate around ad serving platforms. Excellent client relation skills, a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and knowledge of ad trafficking systems are key. The candidate will be well organized, take initiative, prioritize well, will be accustomed to multi-tasking and will have a strong sense of ownership for client satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in our Overland Park office and reports to the Director of Digital Operations.

  • Drive the production of campaign keyword lists and media plans
  • Assist in the creation of necessary display ad assets

The newest digital representative of our business has a thorough understanding of digital media, with comparable experience to create eye-catching graphic asset development, craft comprehensive digital marketing plans, and manage social content.

Our ideal candidate will benefit from harmonizing their confident, self-driven personality with our wide array of digital products and services. The Digital Assistant will work with our Account Managers and the Director of Digital to implement tactics, tools, and strategies that support iFocus’ business development and client relations initiatives. The position requires adherence to best practices in graphics and branding, marketing, multi-channel communications, and project management. Assignments are highly deadline-driven and will include supporting all aspects of the marketing campaign development effort through gathering research and data to compile proposals; designing and formatting various digital graphic components; acquiring and formatting data for client reporting; and handling the day-to-day administration of clients’ social and other online accounts.
