Account Coordinator:

iFocus is looking for an Account Coordinator who is interested in joining a growing team of talented and passionate marketing minds. This candidate will support the account teams and internal teams with development of marketing plans, market research of new client opportunities, preparation and analysis of reports, and maintaining status of client deliverables and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submitting project requests to Account Reps
  • Maintain status documents with client deliverables and ongoing projects
  • Work with Account Reps to identify and research opportunities for current and new prospective clients
  • Assist with client meetings and recaps
  • Support the development of digital marketing plans for clients, including competitor location research, demographic research, and keyword research
  • Prepare and analyze trends for presentation of client reports
  • Work within designated deadlines

SEM/PPC Specialist:

DESCRIPTION

The SEM/PPC Specialist’s main role is to develop and optimize every aspect of our clients’ PPC campaigns. This includes creating new paid search campaigns, conducting bid management and optimization, developing landing pages and keyword copy in support of advertiser goals, and preparing and presenting reports to both internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will be organized and will take the time to understand what drives a client’s business. The candidate will have prior search engine marketing experience, will be data-driven, and will be familiar with all major search engine platforms. Confidence, accountability, and an action-oriented attitude are musts, as well as a passion for paid search technologies and an excitement about pushing the boundaries of these tools to meet our company’s objectives. At times, the candidate will be required to communicate directly with clients, so a demonstrated ability to communicate eloquently and effectively is essential. This person will become a part of a highly dynamic team of digital strategists, content creators, and forward-thinking minds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, test, and optimize keywords and messaging to maximize reach, awareness, and new customer acquisition
  • Create new paid search campaigns utilizing various internal web-based systems
  • Create and deliver campaign reports
  • Manage bids to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and client goals are being met
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to meet client online search marketing ROI/CPA goals
  • Keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Continuous ad testing (AB and MV)
  • Work closely with the SEO Specialist to optimize campaigns and increase traffic to clients’ websites
  • Stay up-to-date on the dos and don’ts of paid search tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least two years of proven experience in paid search marketing, with a demonstrated success in working with other departments to develop encompassing digital strategies
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with paid search tools (i.e. AdWords Editor, BingAds Editor, Spyfu, etc.)
  • Experience with bid management tools (i.e. Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other third party analytics and optimization tools
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search
  • Must be a self-driven multi-tasker who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Google AdWords certification, Facebook Ads experience, Google Tag Manager experience, and/or web development experience are all a plus

DESCRIPTION

We are immediately hiring a Account Manager to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be the first point contact for their client base, alongside their sales team member.  This role will be working with our wide range of clients to implement, monitor, facilitate optimizations and report on digital advertising campaigns. This person must be familiar with programmatic display, PPC, SEO, Social (paid and organic), as well as general digital advertising best practices and trends. This hands-on role will involve many aspects of digital advertising campaigns including researching and understanding a client’s demographic, analyzing data to provide strategic recommendations on how campaigns can be improved, excellent customer service skills, and strengthening our client partnerships.

The ideal candidate would have agency or direct client side experience of at least three years and be able to show a proven track record of client growth and strategic advising. Excellent client relation skills, a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and knowledge of a strategic multi-channel digital strategy are key. The candidate will be well organized, take initiative, be able to prioritize, will be accustomed to multi-tasking and will have a strong sense of ownership for client satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in our Overland Park office and reports to the Director of Account Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive client relationships following close of sale through daily communication of progress of campaigns
  • Proactive in communication, internal processes, and setting expectations internally and externally
  • Drive the production of client digital marketing plans and reporting
  • Proactive daily analysis and campaign optimization across all client accounts and channels
  • Monitor budgets, client resourcing, and individual campaign execution
